I found a real good price on Hamers in Reading. I drove a little over an hour to get them. I don't know how far Pocono Lake is, but I live between Philadelphia and Allentown in SEPA

$210 for Hamers is a deal! Tested well for me in my stove and I liked them enough to put a ton in my winter stash!

Hamers for some reason have very decent prices for the spring buyers. About $225 for us in CT. Other bigger name brands are a bit more.

What are the Barefoots and Turmans going for in PA?

I haven't seen either of them around the philadelphia area yet. A lot of Lignetics, Hamers, Pennington, Press to Logs, O'malley's, energmax. I think you guys in New England have a much better selection

Footsies are still $5.50. I know, BS.

Footsies=Barefoots????

I would at least try the Hamers at $210/ton. They just slightly off from the Barefoots. Saving $65 a ton would put me all over them. Or as BTU has been saying split the order in 2 with the Barefoots and the Hamers

Your PC45 will handle some really bad pellets and isn't pellet picky. You could almost get 4 tons of Hamers for the price of 3 tons of barefoots. It would at least make me think a bit about it anyway!

With me paying over $7/bag after quantity discount I might absorb FedX charge at a profit. :roll:
