I count 23 bags left. Burned just over 1 1/2 ton last Winter. I think that i will buy 1 ton and see how I make out.

Burned 60 bags this past season. Have 22 bags left over. Laid in 50 more yesterday for next season. This was the mildest winter in years here, may not be that way next year though....but for absolute certain, electricity rates are climbing again, so I'll do anything I can to keep the 15KW electric furnace OFF like this year, which I'll bet it didn't run more than 3 hours from Dec. - April.

Whole house pellet furnace...started off the heating season with 8 ton.
Have exactly 2 ton left. Good start for next year. All stacked in the
utility room by the furnace, resting till the fall.
Love not having to use the propane except for the clothes dryer. :)

80 or so left but switched to gas during really cold days in order to deal with a tv room that quite far from the stove but always burnt pellets at night no matter the temp. Also had ignitor problems.

By next year I hope to insulate floor from cold basement and replace 6 crappy casement windows in aforementioned tv room.

Also .. comtemplating outside air kit in order to mitigate serious negative pressure issue that sucks up cold air from basement.
