I'm doing the yearly maintenance on my p23i and took the combustion motor off of the housing. I noticed the gasket has seen better days and I'm in need of a replacement. This is the gasket that seats between the motor and the housing (not the housing and the stove). The replacement motor is a A-E-027 if that helps. Are there any good online sources from which I can acquire the gasket? Or, can I use some gasket sealant (RTV?) and use that in place of the stock one? Any help or tips are appreciated.

Forum member Eric at Kinsman Stoves can supply the gasket...he's a Breckwell dealer. Good guy, good prices. Silicone will work, but makes getting the motor off next time more difficult.

Call at the Brookfield store first.

most common gasket for a pellet stove that there is... ifts whitfield/enviro/lopi-avalon/ and others w/ 5 3/4"quick change motors

we have them for $9 if you cant find one closer to home.

silicone will harden over time, and cause the blower vibration to be bad, lytherm is used for a reason!

Thanks and sent in the mail today.

Pete gets the credit for the assist.
