Can't kill it through task manager plus it won't let me delete it, yes it does try to resend it when it boots up.

Delta I finally got it (delete) through the task manager, 941's are a quarterly business form that you file.

For the next time:

When you send an email in Outlook, it eventually gets put in the 'Sent Items" folder (I don't know what version of Outlook you use but I gather they must be somewhat similar).

Things that I believe aren't successful (and it sounds like yours never actually gets sent 100%), gets stored in another folder, I know things that you are working on but not sent are saved in the "draft" folder, so I would try to find that email in any folder and delete it (if you still want to save the email, you can try to copy it elsewhere). Check the "drafts" and "outbox" and see if that email is in there and then delete it.

Then close Outlook and reopen and see if it is still trying to send it.

OK, there's nothing that stands out as something seriously wrong with your PC, so don't go too overboard, sh*t happens and this is outlook, ya know. I use Eudora. :)

Outlook crashes every now and then, happens to me at work where I have to use Outlook.. It's what I call bloatware cause there is soo much unneeded crap in Outlook and Outlook tends to piss me off when it tries to make things more "user-friendly". Try a simply thing like finding out the email address of the sender who just sent you an email? (why do I have to right click, go to properties, find the right tab and try to understand the jibberish there)
