What have Lopi owners here found for the longevity of their door gaskets?

Installer said they can last for far longer than 1-2 year recommendation that Lopi states. He said he saw a 10 year old Endeavor the other day with the stock gasket.

My stove will generally see the following:

• Weekend use from October through early May
• Overnight burns

Thanks!

I got ~3 seasons out of the first one. Around 5 on my second.
That reminds me, I need to replace it this year.

You can get fiberglass rope gasket at a stove shop for six bucks or so for enough. Or at ACE hardware for that matter.

I found the price per foot seems to vary a lot from shop to shop - some almost give it away, some really gouge.
