what model Blaze King?

Looks like the "king".
I don't think it is a catilytic model.
If good inside, price seems reasonable.
 
Looks like it might have a cat thermometer? Call and ask what year, sounds like they are in a hurry, maybe offer half?
 
That stove looks just like mine. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's more like 20 years old. Mine was manufactured in 1984. Just because it heated the house for 10 years doesn't mean they bought it new 10 years ago.

There's a plate on the back with model and MFG date.

Definitely a king though.
 
Five holes in the pedestal means it is a King model. Then the cat therm in the top with the two handled door means it is a King 1100 or King 1101. If the catalytic converter is oval, it is a 1101. If it is round, you have a 1100. The 1101 is the first EPA King listed on the EPA website. The 1100 is not on the list.
