he's around, trust me on that. At this point, its probabbly the busiest time of the season for him, and well, with the upcoming elections, he is spending alot of time stumping for the Democrats in an attempt to strengthen Obama's weakening position. Oops! Sorry, Doug, didnt mean to divulge this!

I was wondereing where BTU was myself . . . .

Perhaps we could draw him out with fake postings that find fault ( minor) with his beloved Okies, Example: I am not going to purchase Okanagans anymore unless they come in designer bags . . .

LW,

Looks like the smelly pellets trick worked! He's back! :)

Just for you LW, I would suggest rubbing some behind your ears, it drives woman crazy...the new secret weapon for picking up ladies and a great conversation starter...

'Excuse me, but what is that great pine scented after shave you have on?'....."Why, thank-you for noticing, that is the new O' da la Okie...for only the most Sauvé and debonair of gentlemen......you come here often?".........You can thank me later.....

I am considering going in a whole new direction with our marketing....this could be huge....

it COULD be HUGE! A fragrance which causes the fairer sex to overlook my obvious character flaws, vices, lack of any real cash, and bad looks?! Where do I get summa dat?! And I foolishly thought that just tucking a couple hundred dollar bills in an obvious shirt pocket (letting them stick out, visibly), worked well as a female-lure.....(well, as well as almost anything else)

Do they make one for women to lure men? Are there two versions?!

BTU, there's nice warehouse near me, used to be a lumber yard, was called Wickes Lumber in Suffield Ct, I bet you can get that place leased or bought for cheap.
On a main road rt159 with good access for truck traffic, always thought as i drove by would make a good pellet storage facility, Obama wants us to start small business, maybe here's my chance...
Boston is too far for me, bet it will make the Cape Cod people happy and of course the highest prices for pellets in N.E.

This is too funny...
Mention SMELL and Okies in the same thread and POOF!! - BTU magically appears

Whereabouts near Boston for the distrib whse?
Southeastern MA maybe? ;-)

Thanks, but we don't want to own or run a warehouse...we let others whose business that is do that...I just want to use them to reload our pellets out of. Actually, am starting to use one in CT, so we are starting to get more so we can get product closer to dealers.....thanks for the suggestion.

Where in CT ? I must say, I see your product in MANY more locations this year. Nice to see top tier pellets available in more locations.

tink,

That usually does the job on getting BTU going.

On another thread it mentions again a poor experience with Okanagans...has this been addressed and followed up on? BTU?

BTU is no longer with us on the forums. BTU was looking for local area dealer info and craig nipped him for advertising.

I can ask BTU if its OK to post his email addy for members with issues or other things here. There is also a thread going around by smwilliamson, You could post something there.

ROFL.....Lousyweather knows better....WoW, didn't know I was so missed. But LW is correct, this is our busiest time of year and we are extremely busy. Working on getting another warehouse set up in MA (closer to Boston)...and just trying to make sure all the current dealers have plenty of stock on hand for the coming cooooooooooooold, lonnnnnnnng winter ahead. Haven't really had a lot of free time to spend on here, but I do pop in from time to time... For those of you that have already bought our pellets for the season....Thank-you ...
For those of you who haven't.....it's probably just a matter of time.....thanks for caring.......btu.

Jay...sent you a PM.

Rules are rules, but....

Among other business interest, we will probably sell close to a million dollars worth of wood pellets, coal, and compressed fuel this coming year. We talk on a weekly basis to many different manufactures of wood pellets and pellet stoves. We basically deal with many of them on a handshake. We are relatively new to the business and have much to learn. I have learned much from this site.

This site appears to be controlled by one individual. This site also generates many hits which in itself has a significant commercial value. I have noticed a somewhat one-sided point of view from wood pellet users on this site.

Knowledge translates directly to consumer power. Hopefully this knowledge is not getting stifled or subjugated to a hidden commercial interest.
