I'm going to have a boiler in a shed away from the house. Should my secodary circulater be in the shed or can I put it in the house?

Put it in the house at the lowest possible point.

If the pump were to go out you can work on it in a nice warm place rather than standing out at the boiler in the cold. Also, be sure to add a fitting so that you can run a hose to your laundry tub and fill the boiler from inside the house. Its nice to be able to top off the water as needed.
I recommend the Grundfos pumps over the Tacos. Menards carries the Grundfos pumps. The Grundfos pumps have a 3-speed selector lever. So you can tune the pump to whatever speed gives the best enery efficiency while still doing the job.

Thanks for the reply. Will do.
