On Craigslist for $100. Claims to be used for one tree.

I'd pass. I believe that & other 200 series saws are made by Poulan & badged as a Husky, so quality is questionable. Husqvarnas in the 300, 400 or 500 series are all made by Husky.

well poulan and husky are both owned by electrolux, so I think their is a little husky in them all. But never the other way around. nope nope nope!

I own a Husky 235e and it is a nice, light, little saw. It did quit on me earlier in the yaer (main bearing?) but was udner warranty so I got a new saw sans my used bar and chain. I use my larger saw now for most tasks and this as a back-up or when I get the bigger one stuck in a cut. I paid $200 new for it. I think the issue is exactly what you are getting it for - a cord or so a year or minor clearing and I think you'd be fine. If you fell, limb, and buck 7 cords a year then you'll want something more robust. For reference, my larger saw seems about twice a fast through a cut and does not get bogged down in any cuts.

The 200 series are made in the Poulan factory no? So I wouldn't be as comfortable buying it used as it's often difficult/too expensive/not worth it to fix any significant problems. I think all other Huskies are truely made in sweden & I'd at least hope that quality control in those factories is better. Of course now that the mid-range models are sold in the Box stores....
