I have called both Home Depot and Lowes and the don't carry pellets. I want to buy 3 tons and store them in my warehouse, this way I can bring home bags as I need them. Anybody know of a place to buy pellets reasonably close to Jersey City? Thanks

I don't know if any of these would help?

Hi Kevin - I guess JC is a little to urban for the HD/Lowes to stock pellets. You may want to expand your search westward a bit for other Home Depot/Lowes locations, and use their $19/hour truck service.

Yes I agree it, probably is too urban. I should have known when I called and the girl said "Pellet who?" I wanted to have one of our truck drivers pick up the pallets on his way back from a run. I figured I would meet them at the store and it would be smooth. I guess I will have to coordinate a little further outside of the area. Thanks

How far west do your drivers go? Treecycle is located in Nazareth, Pa. probably about 90 miles west of you.

Unfortunately, they go the other direction. Most of our deliveries are in Manhattan. It doesn't get more urban than that. I live out in NW Jersey but I would prefer to keep the pellets stored in the warehouse than taking up valuable real estate in my garage.
