First thought is maple, with red streaks Acer negundo, box elder, but I'd like to see glaucus twigs to say for sure.

Can you describe the property where you found it? Was it wet? A stream nearby? A. negundo naturally grows in a riparian environment, but probably would take off anywhere the soil isn't dry. It's buggy, even has it's own box elder bug, so it probably isn't popular as an ornamental.
