Got the new stove in. Very awsome stove. 40 degrees outside and it will heat the house to comfortable low 70's. very efficient burn, uses very little pellets. I picked up a ton of somersets at tsc for 179.99. The somersets are burning very clean, barely any ash and after 7-8 burns theres nothing to even scrape off the burn pot at all. For the install i ended up drilling down through in the fireplace next to the stove frame with a waterproof metal indoor outdoor electrical box and put a switch in on the wall. everything was done to code with the help of a certified commercial electrician. Here are a few pics of the stove and my dog enjoying the stove.

HarmonP35i,

Nice install.

Looks great.

The dog should no longer need the shirt on to keep warm!!

Enjoy,

My Westie also likes the heat from the stove... have fun keeping warm this winter.

VeryNice.Looks like the girl next to it is enjoying it too. May you enjoy it in good health and great company.

Great looking stove.....will keep everyone nice and comfy, enjoy the heat !!!!

Krooser,

All that partying has aged you.

Hope your socks match better than your suspenders.

Not sure you should be walking around loose with a roll of duct tape.

regards,

Ranger

Nice clean install. Does Harman still make the little door that covers over the control board? What type of dog is that? She's adorable. Reminds me of Benji from the old movies.

yes, i have the control board cover. it installs with rivets and i need to pick up a rivet gun. Shes a beagle cross with a schnauzer that i adopted. very awsome dog. very smart, can do tons of tricks. the stove is excellent. It will heat all 1200 sqft with no problems. The stove is in the living room and the heat will blow down the hallway and i just close the door in the bathroom and office and it heats the back bedrooms nicely. The stove is also very quiet, can barely hear it on low. I have a digital thermometer that i have been playing with to get stove outputs at different settings but it maxes out at 150 on feed level 3. Tonight I am going to use a meat thermometer to get more accurate readings. I feel like the stove is just wasting fuel on settings 5 and 6. Any other opinions on that. It just doesnt seem to be much hotter on those settings.

Well the pooch sure looks happy you got a new toy! She looks warm and cozy. Basic black and the brick go well! Charming even! :)

Thanks for sharing!

I've got a rivet gun in my toolbox that I won't be using for quite a while. If you want I could ship it to you to borrow. Instead of buying a tool you may only use once. PM me your addy and I could ship it Monday. You'd have it by Thursday or so.

I have the same stove and was wondering if you have been keeping it in Stove or Room temp. I have been keeping it in Room temp and it seems to be going through pellets quickly. Maybe its just because i am new to this and it just seems like a lot. It is going through about a bag a day or so for a 1600 sqf house.

room temp 75 feed level 2-3 has been very comfortable in the house and it has only used 1 bag of pellets for the past 3 days. very well insulated house with all newer energy efficient windows and doors. 1200 sqft

Did you ever get any resolution to this?

I just got my p35i installed over the weekend. I was thinking it was using alot of pellets, but now that I sit here and do the math, maybe it's not.. I've went through 2 bags, and I think it's been running for about 27hours. I guess thats about what to expect? I have it set to max feed of 3 and 70* room temp. My upstairs is 1700 sq ft. I don't have the OAK installed, its on order right now.
