Does anyone have any info on this stove. Is it an epa stove or cat non cat?
Any info would help.

Across the bottom of the door it says LOPI but there site has no pics to confirm

Oh OK, didn't realize you knew the manufacturer. Lopi is a pretty reputable stove mfg. Probably an older unit if it doesn't look similar to any of their current models. Someone else will have to chime in. If I had to guess it looks alot like something from the Fisher knock-off era...early to mid 1980s.

Try calling the parent company Travis Industries — 425-609-2500 — in Washington state, and ask who in the company you might email a photo to for ID help.

A lot of Lopis looked pretty similar. If it was cat, the stove would have a clear damper bypass and you would be able to probably see the cat from inside the stove. Also, Lopi made relatively few cat models.

These are guesses, but the body looks like what is now called the Lopi Freedom. However, the double doors and extra thick doors may date the stove as being way-back, possibly even before even non-cat EPA time....that is, mid-1980's.

You could gleam much of this yourself by studying the inside of the stove. If it has both an insulated baffle (firebrick, kaowool) and a couple air tubes with lot of little holes in them under the baffle, it is probably an early non-cat, say 1990 or so.

There may be a label riveted to it somewhere...but it may have fell off since that would have told you most of what you need to know...

The issue is that this stove is for sale and this is the only pic provided. I have emailed the seller to produce more pics of the inside, and the make, model. I will have to wait and see I guess.

Thanks for the replies.
