Hi - we're trying to remove the door to our pellet stove (Osburn model hybrid-35) so we can take it to the store to have the gasket replaced. I'm not able to locate a hexagonal screw tip locally & the socket wrench with an Allen tip that I used doesn't work. Anyone able to help? Aren't these screws supposed to be able to come out? I'm assuming so as the stove store people told me to bring the door in. Thank you.

Hi there. I work for Osburn. Would it not be easier to replace the gasket yourself?

I'm am not in the office right now but if you want to send me an email I'll send some more info on how to go about it.

May I suggest to lift the door off the hinges? It will come off...You will have to wigle it a fair bit, but it will come off. no need to unscrew the hinges from the body of the stove...
