I have had great succsess with this stove, It was time to replace the flame guide as it warped & cracked over time and was not properly"seatable." I ordered a replacement, went to pick it up after a week or so. I was immediatley annoyed that the replacement was dimensionally smaller than the original with different angles. It also had "Accentra" written on it. Vendor said that some of the flame guides are interchangeable between models. He said try it out and if it doesn't work they would contact Harman again. The the grooves did line up fairly well, hard to tell with the warpage of the original. I found that this fit like a glove much better than the original even when it was healthy. Operation is way cleaner than before, I don't know why it is different than the original but it is awesome, it seals all areas perfectly even though it looks different. Just thought I'd share my experiance.

I think that flame guide is the only one that is curved. All other harman flame guides are straight and flat. I would take it back and have the Vendor show you part numbers for both flame guides. Harman is not going to send the wrong guide. The vendor would i bet.

Why would he bring it back? He said it's working "Awesome."

I have a dumb question but which part is the flame guide? I also have an Invincible T that I recently purchased and am just learning about the stove.

I am now having issues, since I am calling for more heat than I was. Vendor states that the Flame guide is the same for the P61, so he is re ordering. The one he gave me originally was labled Accent. Anybody of a pic of the proper guide ?

they really are pretty much interchangeable. the difference between the P61 guide and the accentra guide is the upward lip on the end. the only one thats really different is the P68 guide which has slots for the "over air".

Well thats good to know, I'm still confused because the original one appeared very different than the replacement. I will focus on basics - Going to do a deep clean, and the door gasket could be better. In a pinch I used a smaller rope than I should have because dealer was out of stock. Also the lever on the bottom of the burn pot - should it be open or closed ? To the left or the right ?

there may have been a change to the guide somewhere along the line. Harman lists the P-series flame guide as the one for the Inv. Its just flat instead of having the lip, but the grooves should be the same and thats the important part.

sorry I cannot help with the burnpot thing, I've never actually seen a "T", I just know that they are out there.

My clinker (unburned pellet) issue has been 100 percent resolved by replacing the door gasket. I will look at the guide when it comes in and take a pic of them side by side as a reference for others who may be confused. As I said the two appeared very different. But the stove is running 100 percent, last night 72 Degress Upstairs and 74 Downstairs. Temperature outside -2 F. Heated area approx 1800 sq ft. Also noticed that in thermostat mode Stove temp dial set to two, versus one seems to work better / cleaner. This was reccomended in the owners manual when using a lesser quality pellet.
