Everything I read says that my flame height should be like 8 to 10 inches and white, well I just did a through cleaning took combustion motor off and cleaned, put new seal on door, brushed heat exchangers, re-caulked some leaks I found. even did the "leaf blower trick" and I havent seen this stove so clean. But my flames are touching the top of the stove when it calls for heat and a good 10 inches when shes not unless I turn it way down from 7. My draft adjustment for the combustion motor doesn't make any difference. I dont have any air adjustment just a feed adjustment. Trying to figure out previous air issues i re-drilled the holes in the pot to 1/8th of an inch but now I'm wondering if that's my problem. I would think If i put bigger holes = less resistance through pot and get more of a blast for air but now I'm just frustrated. I know somethings up because shes not getting a complete burn on any setting above 4. any ideas???
