new member hear, and new to wood burning would like to hear if its possibly to clean the chimmey from the bottom up if the baffels are removed from my napolen 1100. not happy with the wood i got this year had a late start in janurary and got what was availble at the time. Thanks for the help

I have a napolen 1402 (insert). Not sure about the 1100, but on mine, it is easy to remove the baffles (wait until fire goes out, then lift and turn them to get them out), but it is not possible to remove the burner bar in the middle of the stove. Therefore, there is no way to get a traditional 6" brush up the pipe. I recently purchased the Gardus SootEater Chimney Cleaning System and I am going to give that a try. Looks like it should work, but I haven't received it yet. I'll let you know.

Thanks , Please let me know how it works for you. I can remove the baffels but like you said the burner bar is in the middle of the 6 pipe outlet.
