Tree ID please

Just wondering if you tree experts might know what this is, bucked it up and Im wondering if its good wood to burn. Sorry for not the best shots I only had my camera phone

rotten wood
I want to say some type of maple but its hard to tell. I see both oak and maple leaves. It looks like the way maple will rot if left out. Also looks like it got hit by lightning.
 
Ya, it does look like a maple.
 
The way I view it ,that tree is a natural E_W burner. Now my neck hurts.
 
LOL ya sorry for not flipping the pic. I was thinking maple myself good to hear. Only a bit was rotted the rest is in pretty good shape
