I need some help

why is my dura vent clean out tee 10" wide and the 30 degree 8" wide?? they are both dura vent 6" parts.
 
?? side profile dimension. Elbow has an offset.

Tee = 6"(pipe)+2"(insulation)+2"(snout)

How can my pipes be off 2" if there both dura vent?
 
i'll see if i can post a pic.

the "t" is triple wall insulated and the elbow is double wall insulated. same manufacturer, different model.
