Hello,
I am installing an upland model 207 (yes I know there are more efficient stoves but this one has some sentimental value). I know it has a 7 inch collar. My options are to go with a 6 or 8 inch chimney. I am going with supervent from lowe's, they dont' carry 7 inch. Chimney height will be 5 feet above the roof, connector pipe about 6 feet to the celing, if that makes a difference. Would I be best off with the 8 inch chimney and increasing it at the stove collar or 6 inch and decreasing it at the collar? Or perhaps another better option?

thanks

Did you ever get any info on this? Seems like a basic question, I'm having the same issue right now. Have a lowes gift card and would prefer to get what's available there.

Every installation is different Redhawk and new EPA stoves are going to want more draft than the old Upland. What stove are you looking at and what will the flue setup be?
