Traded in my Toyota 4Runner SUV with an anemic V-6 engine for this Nissan Titan with a large V-8 engine. Only my second ever brand new vehicle I've purchased . . . mainly because going used with a 2-year-older truck with 30K on the odometer was only $2,000 less . . . ironically enough my first brand new vehicle that I purchased was a Nissan Hardbody Pick up back in 1997.

Winter in Maine . . . vehicles don't get much of a chance to get clean . . . I tried to wash it yesterday at the firehouse . . . just turned into a giant ice cube on wheels.
 
Nice wheels Jake....been looking at getting one of those for a while, so I'm looking forward to hearing how it works out for you.
Plus, looks a little better dirty.....clean trucks just don't look right IMHO

I've washed my cars about a million times by hand and I don't think I've EVER even considered that maneuver. I think she is doing it wrong.

Jake - whats the posted cty/hwy mileage on that critter? Just wondering how the toy's compare to the other brands.

Pulls 9,500 lbs . . . plenty for what I need to haul . . . I'm planning on hauling my ATV, sled, lumber and firewood . . . but not all at once. ;)

Not good . . . the Nissan Titan gets 12 city, 17 highway. So far with just a little over half a tank I'm getting 14.6 with mixed driving . . . however I knew going in that this would not be the same as my fuel efficient Honda Accord (which continues to be my commuting car) . . . this truck will be used for bad weather driving, hauling the toys and work . . . and for use should the Subbie or Honda need to go to the garage.

It's no good . . . I have a truck, not a SUV. Heck, even I had a hard time the other day reaching up enough to scrape the ice off the windshield . . . of course I didn't have my leg flipped like the one lady . . . I may have to try that next time. ;)
