Pennington Summer heat is barely one step up from appling County. I was using Summer heat and the house was cold. Started mixing in 50/50 stove chow and Pennington Summer Heat what a difference. Its 17 degree's out and I went from cold to comfortable. I guess ill be thinning out my left over Penningtons with Stove Chow, Hamers and Somersets. Other alternative is just use Penningtons in Spring and Fall when temps above 35 degree's. Regardless got to get rid of Penningtons why I can use there space to by Hamer's at 3.74 a bag.

That's what most of us do with the lower quality pellets....use them in the "shoulder" seasons. I'd even recommend not using them until temps. outside get into the 40's, and save the good pellets for the real winter temps, like now.

Your rite Imac. I got away from wood burning because of all the dust/work etc. Mixing is a little messy/dusty. Ill us them as we get closer to spring.
