I have been enjoying my new Englander 25-PAH / Summers Heat 55-SHPAHL quite a bit. It will easily pay for itself in one season. I have an all electric heat home. 2000sf raised ranch. This stove heats the the whole house. This is a simple and affordable stove that works great. Easy to clean. Burns about a 1-2 bags a day. 85 bags so far this season.

We hadn't heard back from you since your last post back in December when you were having some "issues"......guess that's all fixed now....sounds like the stove is humming along. Keep her good & clean, burn good pellets.

Enjoy the heat!

i looked at one of those stoves at lowes. i liked the huge hopper on it. glad to hear you like it.. happy pellet burning

Thanks for the help Imacman. No real issues, I just wanted a better burn. You were right on with the button directions. Upping the LBA helped out when burning above 5 on heat range. More pellets need more air, so now, I know. I think the Greenways are more dense than the Stove Chow so they need more air. When I started in October-November, I was running on low. 1-3 heat range which burn good. Then when the real cold hit, I started going up on the heat but seen it wasn't burning efficient. So upping the air did the trick. I keep her really clean too.

She's burning good. She ain't the prettiest girl but she's a hard worker.
Just got a whole house humidifier for the dry air. I think it helps keep the house warm longer too.

One question though if you or anyone can answer. The fan is supposed to be 250CFM or something like that and has settings 1-9.
Not much difference in fan speed when I change it though. You can hear it kick in only between 5-6. any thoughts. I don't have a gauge to measure.

No, there isn't very much difference when you get on the higher settings.....it does change, but it's hard to hear or feel. Only way to confirm it is to put a voltmeter across the leads and watch the voltage as you change settings.

I want as much heat out of each pellet as i can, so i only change the fuel feed.....my blower stays on 9 until the weather gets warmer and the stove heat settings go below 4.
