I believe it's official. Its not as good as the last credits, but at least it's something. I have seen the credits advertised in stores and on websites.
 
Ditto on the $1500.00 credit for the Econoburn-150
 
Its true, the best you were going to get is $1500 last year. If you used that, you are not eligible for this years, and its only 10% up to $500.
