Do these generators offer anything different than any other China generator?

Been looking for a propane generator safe for pellet stove. Found a converted Honda but 1200$ is a bit much for our budget.

( but I also ran my stoves off of an older NON Clean sine wave and I had no issues. Figured I rather be safe.

I wonder how these create cleaner power than any other Chinese gen? or is it just marketing?
