M55 Auger Motor Replacement

Hey folks,

After waiting for a few weeks my dealer is finally coming today to replace my auger. Hoping I get one that doesn't make much noise! My question is how long should this take them and is it a major job? They never told me to run the stove out of pellets some I am assuming I don't have to do that. The reason I am asking is I have to let them know at work here and I forgot to ask the dealer when I was talking with them.

Thanks for the reply. I hope this one is quiet. They are also putting an OAK on today. Season is over but hopefully it will make a difference in the years to come.
