The insurance company will send a second inspector to verify that the first guy wasn't trying to rip you off for repairs that were not warranted.

Happened to my wife while I was at work with our first house: during annual chimney cleaning, after cleaning, the sweep told my wife that he saw crack tiles - evidence of chimney fire etc etc, estimate to repair $10k. Called insurance comp. who sent a second sweep, and second sweep allowed me to look at his camera while he did the inspection. Bottom line, first sweep cleaned only the top 6ft then tried to get $10k for repairs...

Get a second inspection from a second company.

Unfortunately I wasn't home during the inspection, my wife was and said she saw them doing the video inspection but didn't look at it closely.
I'll definately call my insurance company.

Thanks,
Bill
