Was gonna correct your spelling in the thread title for you...but just discovered I can't edit your posts, boss. Rick

You know, I never saw how that was made. Kind of explains why they cost what they do. I have the sound turned off here at work. Did it explain how long the process took without speeding up the video?

I watched it and thought, well heck I guess it is cheaper than I thought for what goes into making the thing.

It won't let me either. He has that stuff locked up tight.

I sped it up a bit in the middle, but you can see that he was quick even in the beginning.

At a fab show I saw a machine which made galv. small els - ones used for heating ducts, etc.....this one made up to 5" only, and the machine was VERY expensive. I suppose such a thing exists for the lighter metals but might be too hard to make the ss ones out of......

some people have crappy jobs, imagen making thoses all day every day.

The guy doesn't do that all day, every day. They had to go find him and bring him over to make one for me.....

But I'm sure some of the jobs there are pretty repetitive.

thats not a crappy job...crappy job is being the #3 tender on a machine that makes specialty paper out of fiberglass....keep track of fingers, sometimes they go missing.

Oh my goodness I almost thought it was a joke.... We do have a pipe and fab shop local it does look kinda boring.

We have the same machine you can only make about 50 a day.. They make an automated machine but it's around 180k but it's really only rated for 26-28 galvanized..
