One Ton for FREE
!!Last winter, I purchased 2 tons of Indeck pellets. The first ton burned just fine, but on the second ton I had alot of pellets smoldering in my burn pot. This caused smoldering pellets to build up in my burn pot to the point were I was worried that I could have a hopper fire. I contacted Indeck pellets and they sent the VP of sales to my home. He picked up 2 bags of the pellets in question to anaylyse them. He said he would give me a free ton of pellets for my trouble. The free ton of pellets arrived at my dealer on Monday 5-9-11. Wow was I surprised that they stand behind their product! I now have 5 tons of various different types of pellets for the 2011-2012 burning season!
