So how are these units for cleaning a stainless steel chimney from the bottom?? Mine is 20 feet so it looks like I have to buy extra rods.

After watching the on line video they seem to be good

I know I'll get some good feedback here

Thanks

Just a search on "sooteater" will tell it all.

The last one I recall posting about it was Slow1. Seems everyone who buys them like them. If that is what you want then I'd get it. For bottom up, the brush works fine too and has for many, many moons now. Very simple to use and does a great job.

Keith-
I have a poly brush and enough rods to probably reach the length of your chimney. You can save your coin and borrow my set up as needed if you want...maybe just burn me a few cd's and we'll call it even :)

I run 30+ feet from the bottom on my basement stove and the sooteater works great. Cleans very well and fairly easy. It does get slightly harder to control once I get to the top. If you don't want a mess though you need to use the plastic sheet that comes with it.
