how do you set the 3 bottom buttons on a englander stove ?
want to set them to 4-4-1

First of all, what stove are you talking about? (Hint: put your stove make & model in your signature line so we don't have to ask every time).
Every Englander stove model starts out with slightly different settings. What was the factory setting?

Correct procedure for most newer models is:

1. Turn unit off....make sure display is blank.

2. Press the bottom button you want to change once.

3. Press BOTH blower & heat up buttons, or both down buttons at the same time to change setting.

Let display go out completely and then re-start the stove.

press the bottom button first & then press the blower speed button for desired number. Its the same for all 3 lower buttons. Why do you want a 4-4-1?

was told they burn best when on low heat at that setting
