I strolled over from the pellet room, kind of miss it over here. So I have an NG furnace that does not get used much since the pellet stove install in the basement of our split level, but one more fuel type can't hurt a guy right? So I came across a little VC S244E on craigs, looks brand new for $300 (ok stove?). I wanted a squirrel stove but this will do. My plan is to locate this on a three season porch off the kitchen/dining area that goes to the backyard, I'd like to make this room more functional year around, maybe an office type thing as the view is nice. If I put the stove in this room, what corner would you put it in? There are glass doors between the porch and the main house that would be removed (maybe).
Thanks gang.

I read your title aloud, which, in itself, is a fantasy for me.
Answer from wife unit in other room; "The answer is simple. Nowhere. One is more than enough."
Same person, we sometime refer to her as "Flash", who used to gripe about the oil bills and before the "Hot Flash Era" was often heard to say; "Dave, it's ccccooooollllllddddd."
I hope you get the VC man.
If you do PLEASE post about the awesomeness of a second stove so dreamers like me can forge on.

Lol! Funny how they 'change', the bedrooms stay a bit cooler so she can go from room to room if she needs. She also just loves the new whole house fan, may want to explore that idea? I'm thinking a stack of wood on the deck in the winter outside the door to go along with the 4 tons of pellets in the basement. Just not sure what corner of the porch to run the pipe, exterior corner or interior wall by the house? If you look close at the picture, there's a stove pipe coming up from the deck too, a man cannot have enough burning things!
