Hello

Ultra Modern?
http://www.pelletshome.com/pellet-stoves

Low consumption: Modern pellet stoves operate with an efficiency well in excess of 90 %. This means a lot of heat with an extremely low fuel consumption. As a rule 10 or 15 kg sacks of pellets are used for pellet stoves. So-called "big bags" with 700 - 1000 kg are also available from suppliers.

10kg to 15Kg is 22 lbs to 33 lbs

700kg to 1000kg is 1543 lbs to 2204 lbs

Also it is so close to the windows!! See pic below!

Really ugly! It looks like a stack of boxes with tabs sticking out near the corners.
But more interesting is their 90% efficiency claim.

They apparently like ugly pellet stoves in Europe. I can barely see the flame, what fun is that?

Maybe because people have better things to do than to look at a flame and the purpose of the object is to deliver heat.
As for being ugly you have to understand houses in Europe are made differently with different materials and the design fits their style.
The efficiency is pretty good.

"Do not put and ugly stove in a pretty house"
Eric

I am not a fan of the baby blue color but I love the modern design, the silver version on there site looks even better. When I bought my stove one of my criteria for aesthetics was NOT to get a stove that looked like a old wood stove.

Guess I'm not the norm.....lol

Chill out! I was joking around. Geez.

Well now...a pellet stove flame is not much to look at really...can't beat a real fireplace in that regard

I like the design, would not fit into my house because of totally different style, but finally vendors can offer some choices and not just the boring 'bay window style'. The europeans have some nice stoves over there ...hope it swaps over the pond eventually.
