I installed an insulated liner in my chimney on sunday and put my Dutchwest in on tuesday. I think I'm ready for cooler weather.

How much seasoned wood you setting on?

I've got 8 cords of oak seasoned 3 years.

If that oak has been cut/split/stacked off the ground for 3 yrs. you should be good to go.

I'd gladly take some of that oak.

Yep
Your ready.
If I ever have the chance, I'm going to get at least one stove load of oak to burn.
May have to drive the Alcan to do it, but some day :)
PS: Im' burning now, have been for a week (birch & spruce) ;)

No kidding, 3 yr old oak will make everything toasty this winter.

Yea, the title matchs the thread...You are ready! :cheese: Better not be 8 face cords? lol

Nice fuel and nice timing. Enjoy.

You've got some 60/40* days coming up. A couple of those in a row and I'll be firing up again, like I did about a week ago for two nights. Enjoy!
