Was about to purchase a USSC 5500-MC from TSC $999 then seen a Breckwell Big E Pellet Stove on CL for $500 not sure what venting come with the Breckwell yet but it is in need of a combustion blower motor. I need the/a stove for our cabin we will be using it on the weekends through the winter. Any idea on either of these stoves?

What part of Michigan? There are a lot of used stoves out there. . . .
Any other good deals on Craiglist. Englander has customer service thats 2nd to none. Does not matter if you bought it new or used.
What sq ft is your Cabin? Is this going to be the Primary heat source?

Yes only heat source only when we are there weekends for the most part, ~700sf, West side central LP area about 2 hrs North of Grand Rapids.

Whats the bugdet? If on a tight budget, that will change a lot.
The Enviro EF3 is what I would go after, if given a choice between the 3 stoves. Breckwell is a Big Black Box. Not gonna win any beauty contests. The US Stove is about the same, although the arched door is pretty, thats it.
Does the looks matter? Also, every stove has a quirk or 2. Dont like a certain brand of pellet, problems with control board, bad sealing ash pan or doors, etc.Do a little search here and look up some of the models you are interested in. See if it may have a common problem or how many users have the stove. The more people that have 1st hand experience with your model, the more help you will get in the event of a problem.
Buying used can save you $1,$$$. Also may get you Everything you need to get going (hearth pad, venting, stove, and possibly leftover pellets)
In my "opinion" . The EF3 would be the winner in my book. Everyone is different and has different needs and likes, dislikes, etc.
If buying used, watch buying something that will not run or the owner will not let you see run. I would always want to ensure that eveything works and functions as it should. And Yes. Craiglist is full of stoves..Happy Hunting

Thanks for the info, as far as looks the US stove would fit nice in the cabin as we are going for a rustic type look. As far as budget we are just trying to save where we can as we are in the process of revamping much of the cabin but the colder weather is here. I am going to shoot them an email on the EF3 and get more info, the Breckwell is already sold. The search continues...

Jjlrrw- Englander has customer service that is some of the best in the industry. As long as you are a fairly handy person (you are the dealer, service tech, etc) then they will walk you through any problem you may encounter.
Dex, that sale price has been there for quite a while, but who knows....it could change at any time.
As for the Hi-Lo/On-Off, it depends on the control board revision. Originally, when I first got my unit, it only did On-Off (mine was manufactured originally 8/08). But one of the lower buttons failed after a few weeks, and Mike H. sent me a whole new control board under warranty that was a later revision that also has Hi-Lo.
My guess is that all the ones you'll get now have both modes, and yes, they work on the stat.

Not knocking other brands. Quad, Harman, St. Criox, Enviro, Lopi, US Stove, Breckwell, etc... All make vood products. But dollar for dollar, you cant beat an Englander.

Its hooked up and heating, after the dry run I filled with pellets and she fired right up, to my surprise it shut down before the hopper was empty, I pushed what I thought was the "ON" button but it was the "OFF" so nothing lit up, then thought something was up with the electric so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it took off again (I was thinking there may have been a error code if I would have pushed the correct button). The past three times I started it, it ran fine. So far all is good thanks for the info and link.. BTW I got the smaller 55-TRP10

The CPM or the Enviro M-55 steel are the 2 at the top pf my list, for when I sell my Quad this Spring. The agitator in those 2 stoves is the #1 reason for my top pick. Made for Multi fuel, but will burn ANY pellet with ease. After all the reviews from the new owners of both of these stoves, I should have a good idea on which will replace the Quad. MANY new 10-CPM's and M-55's this year... Should be quite a few good threads on them. Or quite a few bad ones. Should be able to make an informed decision based on the reviews.
