Any reason not to buy ceramic blanket insulation from ebay for 10 bucks instead of from a dealer for 40? Dealer stuff says rated for 3000' ebay stuff is 2300' not goona get that hot anyway is it?

Fixin too. So my stove has a two piece baffle, both around 6''x24'' factory has insulation just on back baffle, why not put on both?
I just ordered a bunch of this 1" thick that I will not need. 3' long of 24" wide...
