Two 1" on your left and two 3/4" on your right.
Looks like a mess of buried nipples in most fittings and for sure bottomed out in those valves.
 
My experience tells me it is critical to bury the nipples to erase the chance of leaks. They are not completely bottomed out in the shutoffs so they turn easily. Note- if the unit needs to be removed or replaced, turn the shut offs to the closed position, loosen the unions and you are easily free from the insulated pipe.
