No idea . . . I do know I haven't touched any wood in my woodshed yet . . . just burning up my chunks, punks and uglies . . . along with an occasional low BTU wood and once in a while some of the nicer stuff that I didn't put into the woodshed.

~1/3 cord. It's supposed to be in the 20s this weekend though!

About a face cord. We've had a warm fall, but that's changing quickly now. Staying in the 30's during the day
and 20's at night.

I'm sure we have not yet burned 1/3 cord of wood but maybe not that far from it.

Two good wheelbarrow loads of oak and hickory in the Jotul. Been very mild so far down here. Haven't even lit the OWB. Looks like extended good heatpump weather.

None.

3/4 of a face cord of 16inch splits in almost a month since I installed the stove.

Not much for me. 1/4 cord or so. Been using up some shoulder Boxelder and all the uglies split from next seasons pile.

around .375 of a cord......ok, I know that is a bit precise but I am over a third of a cord for sure, not quite at a half cord yet....mostly uglies, dweebies, junks, punks during the day, and good dry oak for the overnighters......saving the good locust, ash and hard maple for da heart of winter, we burn 24/7 but it has been mild, and with the exception of an occasional cold day coming up here and there, haven't had to keep her cranking yet.....I'm sure that will change, but we gots lots and lots of da wood ready for da fire....almost 23 cord total......

Are you sure that isn't .376?? So .005 of a cord would be around 7.68 square inches of the face of a 16" face cord. Maybe 1 stick. Sorry, had to bust your chops. :) BTW, I've used 0.000 so far this season. I'm sure that's that's the exact #.

About 1/3 cord uglies, etc. - just starting to dip into the winter's 5 cord in the barn - about 2/3 cord of soft maple and other softer woods for the next month or so, then 3 cord of oak, beech, black birch, and sugar maple for the mid-winter - lastly about 1 1/3 cord of cherry for late season. I've been much more conservative this year - house hasn't been getting in the upper 70's due to too much burning + milder temps - I've been saving a lot of wood. Hope the mild fall continues! Cheers!

A helluva lot less than last year at this time.

lol......I knew that would get a rise out of someone.....

About 1/3 of a cord. Mostly maple and willow. I'll be getting into some of my oak and locust soon, as it is suppose to get cold again tomorrow.
I've had about 3 days without needing a fire till tonight.

Mid November and only a heaped wheel barrel full and 14 bags of pellets. This time last year, a cord. Actually I ran out of seasoned wood in March so know have 6 cords ready to go and no cold weather for a 24/7 burn. But I'm not complaining!

Hardly any! I can't quantify it really. Two hrs of ng most mornings to keep the kids happy.
Things are a changing as we speak.. Will have fire in the am!

Been mild here in NC but still been burning up a lot of the pine and poplar I got last year. Even if we don't NEED the heat, my wife and I both like the 'cozyness' of a fire going most of the time. Had to let it go out a couple days ago though as it has been in the low 70's during the day. The pine and poplar is working out just like I thought it would this fall and I haven't had to touch any oak or hickory yet.

Std 3bed/2bath single storie ranch, something around 1400-1500 sq ft. House is well sealed and well insulated. 10* yesterday with 50-60mph wind and no trouble keeping it at 75* with the stove on low.

About 1/3 a cord, maybe a bit more. What I'm burning now is a mix of birch, cottonwood and spruce. Have about 1/2 cord of that. The rest of wood I have is all birch.

I burned 3 cords total last year with about 7 months of burning, probably 6 months 24/7 burning.

Boy this sounds unbelievable, my mind says, can't be. How many sq.ft are you heating...

Probably not even 1/5th of a cord...its been pretty warm here so far this fall
