Finally got the insert installed today. :cheese: The owner of the place I bought it did the install himself along with his helper. Top Notch guys. I have a cape cod style house with a nasty roof pitch. Brian gets on the roof, straddles the peak over to the chimney & poof, he his sitting on the chimney. NO WAY That's why I let the professionals do it. Basically a seamless install without any snags. Maybe 2.5 hours. It looks fantastic. I've had her fired up for about 3.5 hours now & lovin it. I will close the air flow down tonight before bed & see how things look in the morning. I don't want to get too crazy the first night. I definitly need to get a thermometer. I guess the question is where to put it?
Here are a few pics. It looks like my cell phone camera doesn't show the color real well but it is the brown porcelin finish.
