Says Appalachian wood pellets inc. cheat river division.

I did a search here and found nothing about these certain ones.

thanks, why the heck didn't those pop up when I searched.... :shut:

Search for Cheat River Pellets.

The plant opened up early in 2011 near Bridgeport, WV. I have burned several bags and they burn very well with very little ash and almost no clinkers. I like them a lot but I am slightly partial being from West Virginia.

never burned "cheat river" but ive burned appalachians before and they did well for me fairly dense hardwood pellet. this may be a new mill, i'd try a few bags before committing to buying bulk, im leery of new mills as some times it takes a while to 'dial in" the machine resulting in uneven results. not saying these are bad pellets just that i dont know them so i would buy a few bags first for my own use so thats what i recommend to my customers

I tried 2 or 3 bags a few weeks ago. They were fine - nothing wrong with them. I didn't do any temp tests or anything but they were certainly passable - average or better. I'd get more at ~$200/ton.

I bought two bags yesterday to test out. Kinda funny how they charge different prices at different lowes. I got them
For $5.97 a bag.
