Its a "Cleary" building. 30 x 40. Bought it when we had horses. No longer have them. So its mainly empty now. The kits are not that expensive. You could build it yourself. I paid there crew to do it. Took 1 day to build after they set tue footers. For the build and a the electrical contractor. It was in the neighborhood of $12,000 (little less). But worth it.

A kit can be had for around $7,000-$9,000. (That was a few yrs ago).

Nice setup/spread there dex, You don't fool around! ;-)

I almost bought the focus after seeing yours, But settled on the fusion for my work beater/mini pellet hauler. Think I can get at least 14/16 bags in it. Using trunk-backseat and passenger seat. ;-) O' loving the 33 MPG too! hehe. Peppy little thing! I'll post a picture somewhere once I get my new wheels and wash it! Black(need I say more)!

Had 2 new Black trucks... Never again. I live on a "Dirt Road" (literally). So black dont fly. We do the Grey and Silver tones now. Me and the Wife bought the same cars (SES model) hers is Metallic Grey, mine is Silver. Both have "smoked" grills and taillights and multi-spoke (20) Alloy wheels. They were the sharpest Focus' they had. I get 35.1 and she does about 33.5. I drive 57 miles to work (114 round trip/all highway) and she drives about 16 (32 round/city).
I looked at the Fusion. Very nice cars. But I needed something with economy and I wasnt buying no Feista (great milage/does not fit me).

Congrats on the Car. You find the place to post car Pics and I will show you mine, if you...... You know the rest. ;-P

I looked at the focus hard because of the 38 MPG, But it just didn't fit me and the seats didn't feel right(wife didn't like them either). So I opted for the Fusion SE with the 4 banger. About the same size as the 02 sable I had. I have been averaging 31.5 MPG. I drive 50 miles a day(mostly hwy but some in town) and can go 2 weeks on the tank. I had black before and new better, but it was all they had in a used 2010 fusion, So??? Pulled the trigger and besides having to wash it every 20 minutes. Loving it. I tried a few others too. Gave them all a fair shot like I do pellets. Toyota, Mazda's were neat and VW was OK. But I stole the Fusion and I got the 6 year 100K mile warranty tossed in for free!

I think I'll spend more at the car wash than the gas stations though! :red:

Mine left me alone last week, and I came home with this.

Fresh out of Thief River Falls. It fights for garage space with the 5 tons of pellets
