For me practicality usually wins over aesthetics. A straight up and down stove pipe really makes things easier for cleaning, not to mention it will save you money. Those double walled elbows aren’t cheap.
If it were me I’d move the stove to the left those few inches and get a nice straight run on that pipe. Make a little wood storage box on the right side to balance things out a bit.
Oh, and start thinking about insulating the place, cheaper than firewood in the long run.

Install company came back with price. $2000 installed. Including double wall black with the bends as well as the rest of the chimney pipe

Sound reasonable?
