I only see a difference in BTU.

No, that's the only difference. But a difference between 19k and 43k is huge. I probably shouldn't have said "set" of numbers...

I thought that was kind of odd, too, but I have a tendency to ignore BTU numbers.
 
I'm sure it was wet wood. LOL
 
I have absolutely no idea what the second set of numbers is, but the lower ones (first on the list) are the correct values for this unit. I suspect this is a mistake at the EPA.
