Title pretty much says it, Any fellow pellet burners in CT know of any dealers in the northeast section that sells Hamer Hot ones, or Turman's . I would like a few bags to get a feel for how these burn in my stove.

Thanks Dan

I bought my Hamer's from Agway.

They honor Lowe's 10% coupon FYI.

Which Agway are you guys talking about? I know the one by my work in Ellington has Dry Creek. I will have to check over in my area agways.

Figured I'd kick this one up as I cannot find my beloved Hamers. ANyone finding any? Burning the McFeeters right now while I wait to see if Agway gets some of the Hamers back in...Agways in Western Ct that is - Danbury and new Milford.

I've been looking for them in Southern Ma as well. Can't find them anywhere. Signed up on Hamer website to get a list of distributors in my area. That was a week ago. Haven't heard back from them yet. I'll post the list if I ever hear back from them.

I just went to CT pellet to return 7 broken bags of Okies. I saw literally over 200 tons of Turman and an even bigger stack of Hamer. The forklift guy told me that alot of those belong to people who prepaid back in the spring and summer (Don't know how true that is) but there were people there buying Hamer so I know they have them. He gave some Barefoot to replace the broken Okies and he had a big stack of them too. And Okies! No wonder nobody else has any in stock. Geeze. Looking at all those piles was like Pellet Pig Porn...Super Premium Erotica....Eye candy for you pellet heads. I asked him if I could take some pics but he asked me not to do so. I'm digressing so its back to work.

If you had applied a little make up before going there, i bet he would of let you
Thay had almost as many pellets there as you do!

CTpellet doesn't just sell to the public(you and me) He is a distributor for many of the stove shops and such. I don't have all the details, But if you want to sell them or buy a truck load of Turmans in CT. You'll get the delivery from Scott's truck. I don't know about other brands but Turmans for sure. They move a lot of product!

Hamer's
C.J.'s Pellet Depot $287
CT Pellet $289
B.T. Enterprise $294
Primo Pellet $299
They all seem to have them in stock and all about the same price.

If you are looking for Hamer Hot ones... BT has them in the Suffield warehouse and they are actually $285 cash or check discount price. They are open the first and third Sat of the month so they are open tomorrow. They also have the Logike Super Premium which my neighbor tried and said he liked them as much as the hamers. They also have the hamers in Bristol

Save some money and check out the potomacs. I like 'em better than hamers and they are liek $40 cheaper.

Agway brand pellets are Hamer's!, they have them in Enfield Hawthorne's Agway, last check they were $260 a month ago

We have been hearing rumors they are also NEWP's! Someone actually saw the Agway bags at the NEWP plant! So it could be both out there?

FireManDan, Mackey's in Columbia has Agway pellets which are apparently Hamers. Unfortunately, they are $6.99/bag. I was over there today. Really nice people there, but they are always way overpriced on their pellets.

Does anyone know where I can get Hamer's or Cubex in central MA? Or even in RI or north east CT. I'm willing to drive some to get them! Thanks!

I know. This whole pellet obsession is completely out of hand. My wife's about to shut me off. I need to add to more tons of the good stuff before she realizes what I've done. I was at Robbin's in Oxford today and couldn't help myself. Picked up 10 bags of the Turman's to try. They don't have them by the ton and I was only allowed to buy 10 bags due to their shortage. Even the garden centers are cutting me off!! Can't even give my money away. I just want to make sure I try as many of the good pellets as I can. Actually I'm just trying to get around the wife. Figure if I only slip 10 bags home at a time, she might not notice then instead of 2 more tons, I can get 2.5! That's the strategy for now. Thanks for the info. I'll give them a call tomorrow. All the Agway in Central MA only has the NEWP.

www.btpellet.com has Hamer & Cubex. They do deliver to some parts of Ma. and are open in Suffield 2 Saturdays a month and Bristol 6 days per week. They are good people to deal and have quite a selection with prices as low as $240

Holy fire! This place has everything! It's like a pellet lover's dream! I'll have to take a road trip soon. Thanks!

FYI, BT's told me they only deliver (by the ton) and are not selling individual bags or even tons to walk up customers. I live 20 miles from Bristol and was quoted $60 for delivery. No thanks.
