Has anyone installed the newer style one-piece baffles in their Napoleon 1900 yet?.......

Just curious as to exactly how they go in....the new, one-piece baffles have a feature on the one side that looks as if it is supposed to lock the firebrick on the sides of the stove into place, but when I install it that way it is a sloppy fit to say the least....any input would be appreciated....

Sloopy fit? Front to back or side to side. Trust me the new baffles are much better than old.
seemed a bit sloppy side to side, but after I got the baffles installed I reinserted the metal rail on top of the side firebricks and it seems to fit pretty good....I put the "angled ridge" side of the baffle down and seems to be installed right...boy did that make a big difference in how the secondaries work....seemed to bring the core temp of the stove up quite a bit, my old baffles were totally shot.....I did have to remove the top course of firebrick to get the new thicker baffle in....but they are installed, also took off all of the interior pipe and gave it a good cleaning so we should be good to go til late winter......
