Likes: A very attractive period style fireplace insert. Very simple to operate. The imitation coal glows beautifully after a short time of fire being on. However looks can be deceiving.

Dislikes: Not a popular unit in terms of numbers old. This tranlates into lack of knowledge of the service technicians when servicing the unit.

Comments: Lack of service technician knowledge results in costly service/repair bills and no solution to 'ignition and stay lit' problem associated to this unit. It is cheaper to discard unit and purchase a new one rather than repair existing unit. Not a recommended buy.
