Likes:
nice big window, clean glass, hot burn, large firebox, heats whole 2 story house with ease. I love the stove and would recommend it. I have the flue kit which allows it to be fully inserted into the fireplace which no one else could do. helps w/ clearances and the blower gets the heat out. They are quiet too.
Dislikes:
I wish the damper control on the bottom was a little easier to see. you cannot tell how open it is unless you get down and look closely-my hearth is flushed with the floor so that is why it is more difficult.
Comments:
Great dealer and best price, 20% lower than everyone else. No frills showroom in an electrical shop. I installed it myself and used a full chimeny liner which gives a strong draft, almost too strong. Almost killed myself on the very high/pitched roof. Unless you can easily access your chimney I would recommend a pro install or putting the flue up to only the first chimney tile.
