The use of pellets was easy.
Pellets are expensive to purchase, we used top quality.
Blowers were noisy. The start up was terrible, sometimes it would ignite fine, other times pellets would not ignite properly, during those unpleasant start ups, smoke would build up inside the stove and smoke would pour out of chimney, then, it would poof and light with smoke coming into the room. The fumes into the room were unpleasant upon it shutting down. Never felt comfortable about leaving it on after we went to bed. The stove was too unpredictable upon start ups to keep it.
Unit was professionally installed through the dealer.
Only had the unit for a short time. We will be installing a wood stove(without the convenience of using pellets) but without the frustations we experienced with this pellet unit.
