Likes: Very active flame - burn pot stays clean for a week. Well designed unit that can be left untouched for a long time - only need to add pellets

Dislikes: Only holds 1.5 bags of pellets.
Glass get dirty quickly
Flame hieght not quite as high as it is supposed to be - according to manual
Unattractive combustion area - will have to get the decdorative logs...

Comments: This is the second stove I've had this year. The first was an Avalon Astori - which was a total disaster. Dealer took it back after 2 months - it is a flawed design. The quad is a much better unit.
