Likes: Very efficient.4.5 cords of mixed soft and hardwood last all winter. Easy to light and coals last all night,even on softwood. Throws lots of heat, easily kept our house warm at-43C outside not counting windchill.

Dislikes: None as of yet. Keep an eye on your stovepipe thermometer after reloading with draft open-goes into "overfire" range very quickly

Comments: We bought this stove in 2003 (this page wouldn"t let me select year 2003). Heats whole house from basement,so 4 and a half cords is pretty good(estimated to end of this heating season).It seems to burn clean,but I haven't checked inside of chimmney yet.
